Shipping

On average orders take anywhere from 1-2 Business Days to process. An order placed using ground shipping may take 2 days to process and 5 days in transit for a total of 7 Business Days. This also applies to 3 Day and Overnight shipping methods.

We update our online inventory every night, but it is never 100% accurate. The Sand And The Foam operates as a sub contractor with our internet sales. This means that the product is shipped from a secondary location.  There is always a possibility that a particular product no longer exists in inventor.  The accuracy of our online inventory is also affected by clerical errors.

The Sand And The Foam uses USPS, UPS and FedEx for all shipping. Occasionally we will offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount in the lower 48 states. The free shipping may be any trackable method of our choosing. Free shipping is not available on orders with a total weight over 15 lbs.

Returns

The Sand And The Foam will gladly accept returned merchandise for refund or exchange as long as it meets the following requirements:

• The return is accompanied with the original reciept
• The return is handled within 30 days of purchase
• The returned merchandise is undamaged/unworn, in orginal re-sellable condition
• No returns are allowed on items discounted 30% or more
• Merchandise that is not accompanied with an original receipt may only receive internet store credit at the owners discretionItems can be returned by mail. To return an item to The Sand And The Foam by mail you must first obtain a Return Authorization. A Return Authorization can be obtained by emailing wfleonard@saxonenterprises.net or calling 877-437-2589.

  Warranty

  Many of the products we sell come with lifetime warranties. If you have a warranty issue with a product purchased from our website, you can call for a Return Authorization and instructions on where to send it.
